kampot Visitor centre assistant
Deadline: until the position is filled.
Responsibilities include:

Welcome guests and provide information on Kampot Dolphin Ecotours

Organising online and in-person ecotour bookings

Advertising and promoting Kampot Dolphin Ecotours

Contributing content for the website, external communications and social media

Assist in the organisation of events at the visitor centre

Sale of local products and merchandise
-
Conduct shop inventories and track sales
-
Upholding the organisation’s conservation and community values
-
Other responsibilities as identified
NB: Cambodian nationals only.
Salary: $300-350 per month, depending on experience

khmer internship

Research officer

Starting January 2026 (one-year contract)
Responsibilities include:

Lead ecological surveys, such as land-based, boat-based, and acoustic surveys.

Lead social science surveys, such as questionnaires.

Stranding response.
-
Report writing and dissemination of findings.

Data management.
-
Data analysis.
-
Contribute to publishing peer-reviewed research.

Liaise with community members and government officials.
-
Supervise thesis students.
Salary: USD 460-550 per month, depending on experience

Project assistant

Starting January 2026 (one-year contract)
Responsibilities include:

Participate in ecological surveys, such as land-based, boat-based, and acoustic surveys.

Conduct outreach at schools and in communities, and awareness talks and events.

Liaise with community members and government officials.

Content creation (e.g. social media and outreach resources).
-
Translate resources from English into Khmer and vice versa.

Report writing and dissemination of findings.

Data management.
-
Project administration.
Salary: USD 350-400 per month, depending on experience
